About the Role

Cruise Customer Service Representative

You will manage cruise and travel inquiries, assist with reservations and changes, resolve customer issues, and use consultative sales skills to recommend the right travel products, ensuring every traveler enjoys a seamless journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for cruise and travel related services.

• Assist customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

• Apply consultative sales skills to recommend the best travel options.

• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

• Collaborate with global teams to deliver top quality service.

Requirements:

Must have: Minimum 1–2 years of International Contact Center experience (Voice process).

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).

Flexible to work in US market shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays)and its a work from office job.
