Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Customer Service Representative at The Riti. The day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Interns will also be responsible for maintaining customer service records, supporting customers via various communication channels, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high standards of Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous experience in a retail or apparel industry is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field
