Job Description

The ideal candidate should involve talking responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information via live chat and other text- based channels.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Handle several chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism

Qualifications

Candidate should have completed HSC
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
At least 6 months - 3 years of relevant work experience
