Customer Service Representative

Location - Noida & Gurgaon

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice processes or Fresher with a good communications skills and a strong ability to handle the customer and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customer.

- Identify opportunities to products and services to meet business targets.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong Upselling knowledge or Experience

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process or 1 year of on paper experience

- Rotational shifts (Night and Graveyard shifts)

- 5Days working- Rotational offs

Salary -

Fresher - 20k In hand

Experience - 38k In hand
