Job Role: Travel Consultant

Location: Vile Parle (L], Mumbai

Employment: Full-Time (Mon-Sat, 9:30 AM-6:30 PM)

As a Travel Consultant, you'll guide clients through trip planning and booking — from inquiry to post-travel support. You'll craft customized itineraries, handle end-to-end bookings. and ensure each traveler receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities'

• Consult with clients via phone. WhatsApp, email, or in-person to identify travel needs. preferences, and budgets.

• Research destinations, flights, hotels, Transporation, tours, visas, and insurance to design tailored travel packages.

• Manage complete booking lifecycles: reservations, clearing, documentation. payments, changes, and cancellations.

• Provide clients with essential travel information— customs, weather, currency, safety. regulations

• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after travel, addressing issues and collecting feedback.

• Upsell add-ons: insurance, upgrades, special experiences. and premium services.

• Stay current on industry trends, supplier offers. and participate in webinars/conferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Comfort using GDS (Amadeus or Sabre) and travel booking platforms (preferred but not

mandatory).

Familiarity with visa, passport, and travel documentation processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.

Customer-first attitude, problem-solving orientation, and ability to manage multiple

tasks under pressure.

Passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of international and domestic destinations.
