Resolve Complaints: Handle and troubleshoot customer issues or complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. Process Transactions: Manage orders, forms, applications, returns, exchanges, and payments efficiently and accurately. Maintain Records: Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or databases. Provide Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate, comprehensive, and thorough information.
