Job Description

Promptly and professionally address customer questions and concerns across various communication channels. Resolve Complaints: Handle and troubleshoot customer issues or complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. Process Transactions: Manage orders, forms, applications, returns, exchanges, and payments efficiently and accurately. Maintain Records: Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or databases. Provide Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate, comprehensive, and thorough information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,960.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
