Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Handle international calls from clients across various time zones, providing exceptional customer service. Process customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to senior team members when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first-call resolution rate and average handling time. Job Requirements : 1-2 years of experience in an International BPO or Call Center environment. Proficiency in handling both domestic and international voice processes (semi-voice). Strong knowledge of voice support processes, including voice processing techniques. Ability to work flexible shifts covering multiple time zones.
