Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Noida. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries over the call, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role includes resolving customer concerns, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
