Hiring Specifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi required; Punjabi preferred)
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Ability to handle difficult customers and high-pressure situations
• Comfortable with handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Male and female both can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with customers in a professional manner.
• Resolve shipment-related queries such as tracking issues, delays, and delivery updates.
• Provide accurate and timely information on pricing and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case history in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to customers regarding their concerns or queries.
