Job Description

Answer customer phone calls, messages, and emails on-time with efficiency Call customers to follow up, confirm details, or share offers Help customers by answering their questions clearly and correctly Handle angry or upset customers calmly and try to solve their problems Keep notes and records of each call or customer issue properly Schedule pickups or help them sign up for services Share updates with the team on common problems or repeated questions Rotational shifts and week-offs. Work period from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (as per shift)
