Job Role: Customer Service Executive – Yes Bank Process Job Description: We are hiring for the Yes Bank Customer Service Process at our Thane (Kasarvadavali) location. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and provide exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality communication. Update customer information in the system accurately. Adhere to company policies and process guidelines. Requirements: Education: Graduation is mandatory. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
