You will be responsible for handling 80% chat and 20% voice customer support, resolving queries efficiently in both English and Hindi, maintaining professionalism, and keeping accurate records. In addition, you will need to escalate issues as needed in a fast-paced environment. Your qualifications should include being a graduate in any discipline, fluent in English and Hindi, and scoring a minimum of 5 in the Versant-4 assessment. This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. The salary for freshers is 19,000 CTC / 15,000 in-hand, while experienced candidates can expect 23,000 CTC / 20,000 in-hand. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with benefits such as Provident Fund.
