Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate or Customer Service Officer in the Customer Experience department located in Thane, Mumbai, your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls with customers throughout India. You will be tasked with assisting customers with insurance-related queries and claims, ensuring their satisfaction, and meeting performance targets. Additionally, you will be supporting customer engagement initiatives and feedback surveys. To be successful in this role, you should be a Graduate or Postgraduate with over 3 years of experience in contact center environments. Specifically, you must have at least 1 year of experience in general insurance support (inbound), 1 year in other inbound roles, and 1 year in outbound calling. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages is essential, along with excellent communication skills. You should also be open to working in rotational shifts and on weekends.
