Roles and Responsibilities

Investor

Assistance
: Responding to calls, emails, or in-person inquiries, guiding clients on account opening, redemption, transfers, and investment procedures

Transaction

Management
: Processing mutual fund purchase, redemption, switch, and dividend payout requests compliantly and efficiently

Coordination

with

Stakeholders
: Liaising with registrars (RTA), banks, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Record

Maintenance
: Logging all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints, and maintaining accurate reports and MIS for management
2
.
Issue

Resolution
: Handling complaints or discrepancies, providing timely solutions, and escalating complex issues to higher management

: Verifying documentation, performing due diligence, and updating investment portfolios
