Job Description

You will be responsible for handling customer inbound queries through various customer channels. Moreover, you will be monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics and Net Promoter Score for the brand. In addition, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire customer journey. You will also provide support and input in new product development.
