Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagercoil for a Customer Service Logistics professional. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, handling phone interactions with professionalism, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
