Customer service & Lead Generation

Job Description:
We are hiring fresher for Customer Service & Lead Generation role. The candidate will handle customer interactions and generate leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Provide accurate information about company products and services
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when required
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with customers
• Update customer records and interaction details in CRM systems
• Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Explain products/services and assess customer interest
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
