Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the service team with client queries, issue resolution, and follow-ups.
  • Support in preparing service-related reports, documentation, and records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track service requests and update status in the system/CRM.
  • Participate in client feedback collection and analysis for service improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the service department.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (pursuing/final year) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,707.40 - ₹7,000.00 per month
