You will be tasked with collecting and relaying customer insights and feedback to the teams to drive continuous improvement and development efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the product team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any challenges or issues customers may encounter, thus ensuring a seamless experience. Monitoring product usage to identify trends and areas for improvement will be crucial in assisting customers to maximize the value of Tricog's solutions. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to internal meetings focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention strategies by providing insights and suggestions based on direct customer interactions. Qualifications and Requirements: - Proficiency in Marathi: Strong communication skills in Marathi are essential for this role. - Residency in Bangalore: Candidates must be based in Bangalore, as this role requires working from our office. - Eagerness to Learn: No specific educational or professional experience is required.
