Customer Service - Gurugram

You have a strong understanding of client plan provisions, product processing guidelines, and SLA metrics. You are able to manually perform benefit processes and complex tasks/calculations that require plan knowledge, analysis, and interpretation. You conduct research on complex benefits issues and formulate resolutions/recommendations by analyzing fact patterns and applying plan provisions and best practices. Your ability to resolve tasks in accordance with due dates and ensure the process is well-documented is crucial. Additionally, you are capable of creating adhoc reports as required to support client service delivery functions. This is a full-time job that includes benefits such as Provident Fund.
