About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive – Freight Forwarding to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, manage shipment processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth and efficient freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and freight-related queries.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, customs agents, and clients to ensure timely delivery and clearance of shipments.
• Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.
• Assist in customs clearance and compliance with export/import regulations.
• Maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle billing and follow-ups for payments.
• Support internal teams by providing accurate reports and updates on shipment status.
• Escalate critical issues to higher management when required.
• Continuously improve customer service processes and workflows.

Skills & Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related customer service role
✔ Good understanding of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and shipping processes✔ Strong communication skills – written and verbal (English mandatory, regional languages a plus)✔ Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities✔ Ability to multitask and work under pressure✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)✔ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills✔ Team player with a collaborative approach✔ Prior experience with freight forwarding software/tools is a plus✔ Willingness to work in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
