This is a target-driven inside sales role with attractive incentives and long-term growth opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers. Pitch relevant real estate solutions. Guide customers through the buying/renting process. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Update CRM system and maintain records. Key Requirements Languages: English + Hindi (mandatory). Tamil / Kannada / Telugu (preferred). Excellent communication & persuasion skills. Laptop, stable internet, and quiet workspace required. Comfortable working on weekends. Basic computer knowledge. Eligibility Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate / Masters. Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome.
