What you will do:
● Answer calls professionally to provide information about pet products and services or obtain details of complaints.● Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.● Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.● Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designation department for further investigations. We're on the lookout for a Customer Delight Cell Agent with:
● One to Two years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (Voice and Non-voice process)● Excellent communications skills and can speak English fluently● Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure● Prefer candidates who have previous experience in e-commerce

Eligibility: Any bachelor's or master's graduate degree

Location: Bangalore, Indira Nagar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
