About the Role

We are hiring Field Executives with prior experience in selling solar loans. The candidate should be familiar with the solar loan process, local market, and customer base. This role is target-driven and requires on-ground field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and drive sales of solar loans in the assigned location.
• Meet potential customers through field visits and local contacts.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, and process to customers.
• Conduct preliminary credit checks and assist in documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in solar loan sales.
• Strong knowledge of local geography and customer catchment area.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Communication skills not mandatory.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
