Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus and strong customer-handling skills to support UK-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Manage end-to-end travel bookings using Amadeus GDS Provide accurate fare quotes, ticketing, re-issuance, and revalidation
Assist customers via calls, emails, and chats in a professional mannerEnsure adherence to SLAs and deliver high-quality customer serviceResolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service standardsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in customer service within the travel industry
GDS Knowledge: Mandatory hands-on experience with AmadeusCommunication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work in UK shift timings
Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach
Preferred Skills
Experience handling international customers
Knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel documentationAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,129.28 per month
