· Experience in handling customer query & complaints.

· Ability to resolve the customer complaint and give them proper solution.

· Know how to operate Gmail & reply to customer query through E-mail.

· Inbound & Outbound calling

What we are looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Educational Qualifications – Any Graduate

· Experience – 1 to 3 Years (Telecaller, BPO, Call Centre Background)

· Preferred:- Female Candidates

· Preferred Knowledge - Knowledge of Excel, Good Oral & Communication Skills

· Languages:- English , Hindi
