Job Description

Location : Chennai .

We are looking for enthusiastic female candidates to contribute in business development of our company. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Assisting clients in a friendly, helpful manner via Live Chat, telephone and email
Educating clients in the company’s platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit/withdrawal procedures
Maintaining the company’s high standard of client communication
Working as part of a team to ensure department KPI’s are met, particularly with regards to response times and client satisfaction levels
Handling complaints professionally and courteously
Flexible with work hours including weekends
Explain to the clients about our product offerings
Generate more leads from the existing database
Passing on the potential leads to the RMs & setup meetings for the RMs
Client Follow Up
Taking Feedback from the clients

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Fluent English and Hindi; any additional language is an advantage
Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
Ability to work extra hours if necessary
Strong negotiation and pitching skills
Excellent customer service skills
