Job Description for Customer Service Executive(Female Candidate Apply Only) We are seeking a polite and enthusiastic Tele caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and ensure excellent service delivery. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer queries. Provide information on products/services and promotions. Record customer details, feedback, and follow-ups. Resolve complaints or escalate issues when required. Meet call and target-based performance goals. Requirements: 12th pass/Graduate with good communication skills. Prior tele calling/customer service experience preferred. Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as needed]. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Benefits: Food provided Pay: ₹15,000.00-₹20,000.00 per month Job Time: 09:00 AM To 10:PM ( 9 Hours Shift)
