Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage proactive communication with dealers and direct customers (B2B and B2C). This role involves welcoming new customers,collecting feedback, verifying support and service status, maintaining all customer sales and service data systematically, and supporting conversion of leads acquired through digital marketing and other sources by coordinating with the sales team.
