Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries Via

    Email (70%) and Voice calls (30%)

  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional support to customers.
  • Maintain

    records and documentation

    of interactions.
  • Follow

    process guidelines and quality standards.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.

Eligibility / Who Can Apply:

  • Qualification:

    HSC & Above
  • Experience:

    Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
  • Comfortable working in US

    rotational shifts


  • Work Days:

    5 Days per week |

    Weekly Offs:

    2 Days (Rotational US Shifts)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Performance-based incentives included.

  • Benefits:

    3,550 per month if commuting on your own. Company-provided two-way cab available for candidates within 25 KM of Airoli.
