About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our **Customer Service & Renewals** team in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer queries, assisting members with renewals, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to membership renewals and support.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

* Provide accurate information about products and services.

* Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.

* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

* Achieve assigned targets for renewals and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

* Education:** Minimum HSC (12th pass)

* Experience:** Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (telecalling, retention, or renewal domain preferred)

* Languages Required:** Malayalam or Telugu (mandatory)

* Age Limit:** 22 – 37 years

Work Details

* Work Days:** Monday to Saturday

* Shift Timings:**

* Females:** 10 AM – 7 PM

* Males:** 12 PM – 9 PM

Compensation

Salary:₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand (based on last drawn salary and experience)
