Customer service executive

As an employee in Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution at APM Terminals, you will be responsible for managing and executing inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities. This includes planning and executing tasks related to various types of warehouses such as CFS, CY, inland depot/warehouses, bonded warehouses, etc., whether they are owned, operated, or both by Maersk. Your role in the Administrative stream will involve providing support to others by performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks. This may range from entry-level workers to experienced individuals with robust technical knowledge, who are capable of executing specialized work to support operations. At the top level of this career stream, you will work independently while adhering to standards. You may also need to make deviations from established processes to solve problems effectively. In this position, you will perform work based on routines and acquire new knowledge through short explanations and simple instructions. Your tasks will be highly specific with limited scope and responsibility, following well-defined processes and procedures with readily available instructions.
