Customer Service Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as a Tech Support Associate for Inbound Technical Support Process in US Shift at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing the problems, recommending suitable plans, and selling technical support plans and software. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls from customers and assist them with printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose technical problems and provide customers with the best solutions - Recommend and sell technical support plans along with relevant software - Utilize your outbound tech support experience of 6 months to 1 year to effectively close calls - Apply your convincing and sales skills to maximize customer satisfaction - Demonstrate knowledge of BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad Qualifications Required: - Experience in outbound tech support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Ability to close calls efficiently - Strong convincing and sales skills - Knowledge of BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to various devices and systems - Willingness to work in US Shift Company Description: Adeeba E-Services Pvt.
