Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive – SBI Renewal (Non-Sales) Key Responsibilities: Policy Renewals: Assist customers in renewing their SBI policies accurately and efficiently. Query Resolution: Address customer queries related to policy renewals and provide timely solutions. Customer Support: Deliver high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the renewal process. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and renewal details. Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to resolve any pending issues related to renewals. Eligibility Criteria: Education: HSC (12th) or Graduate (any field). Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Salary & Benefits:In-Hand Salary: ₹14,500 per month.
