Customer Service Engineer-After Sales

Looking for a motivated and technically skilled Customer Service Engineer with strong organisational and communication skill. He will be responsible for providing after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves resolving customer issues efficiently and helping grow sales through excellent service. The duty initer-alia involves:

Travel to customer sites to install equipment, diagnose issues, and implement solutions. Perform regular maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance, scheduling and completing preventative maintenance plans. Repair equipment, address malfunctions, and implement corrective actions promptly. Coordinate with the technical team for complex problems. Follow up on rejected materials from the site, providing dispatch details and coordinating with customers. Communicate technical information, provide training on equipment use and maintenance, and address customer concerns. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions, and generate detailed reports. Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Perform proactive sales and service tasks such as troubleshooting, providing quotes, and following up with customers. Work with batching plants and update ERP reports. Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Preferably have experience in the process industry, chemicals, pharmaceutical equipment, or project consulting.
