Sales Engineer

Minson Cooling Towers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to help grow our FRP cooling tower business in various sectors. **Your role:** - Generate and develop business with OEMs, consultants, EPCs and end users. - Understand customer requirements, select suitable cooling towers and prepare techno-commercial offers. - Visit clients, handle enquiries, give product presentations and follow up to close orders. - Coordinate with design, production and service teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. **What we’re looking for:** - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or related engineering. - 1–5 years of experience in technical/industrial sales (cooling towers, HVAC or process equipment preferred). - Good communication skills, strong follow-up, and willingness to travel.
