About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and empathy while addressing concerns.
  • Document interactions and update systems as per process guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and calibration sessions to stay updated on processes and policies.

    2-way transport provided.
  • Schedule:

    5-day work week (2 rotational week offs).
