Job Title: Sales Associate (Outbound Sales – Banking Process) Location: Thane / Juinagar About the Role We are urgently hiring Sales Associates for our Outbound Sales – Banking Process. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers via outbound calls for banking products. Explain product features and benefits to customers. Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements Education: Graduation is mandatory. Age Limit: Up to 32 years. Experience: Freshers: ₹16,000 take-home (₹20,000 Gross). Experienced: Up to ₹26,000 take-home (₹30,000 Gross). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Work Schedule Shift Timing: Day shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM). Weekly Offs: 6 days off per month (Sunday fixed off).
