About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Answer calls forwarded by customers who are receiving harassment from recovery agents 2. Take down accurate caller details and issue summaries 3. Log all call data in internal systems or Google Sheets 4. Communicate in a polite, professional, and patient manner 5. Escalate urgent cases to the legal or ops team via set protocol Requirements: 1. Fluency in Hindi and English (verbal) 2. Strong listening and communication skills 3. Comfortable working with basic tools like Google Sheets 4.
