What You'll Do:

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Resolve product or service inquiries, issues, and complaints
• Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing
• Follow up on leads and abandoned carts to assist with conversions
• Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and pain points

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Minimum 1 -2 year of experience in customer service or inside sales (eCommerce experience preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple chats/calls and remain calm under pressure
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and closing sales
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRMs, order management systems, and eCommerce platforms
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
