Customer Service Assistant Sales

As an experienced professional in the field of international voice-based Sales and Telemarketing, you have the opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Handling international inbound and outbound calls efficiently - Promoting products and services to customers to meet sales targets - Maintaining high-quality customer service standards during interactions - Recording and updating customer information accurately - Following call scripts and compliance guidelines diligently To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Minimum qualification of 12th pass - Age limit up to 35 years - 6 months to 1 year of experience in international voice process for Telemarketing - Excellent communication skills in English - Willingness to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment In terms of salary and benefits, you can expect: - Up to 45,000 CTC (Inclusive of PF) with a base of 30,000 CTC (Inclusive of PF) - Both-side cab facility provided - Travel allowance available if transport is not availed Additionally, the company offers health insurance, night and rotational shifts, and performance bonuses to further enhance your work experience.
