Customer Service Assistant Sales

Your primary responsibilities will include handling international inbound and outbound calls, promoting products and services to customers, achieving assigned sales targets, and upholding high-quality customer service standards. You will also be tasked with accurately recording and updating customer information, following call scripts, and adhering to compliance guidelines. To be eligible for this role, you should have a minimum qualification of 12th pass and be within the age limit of up to 35 years. Additionally, you must possess a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international voice process for Telemarketing, along with excellent communication skills in English. Your willingness to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment is crucial for success in this role. In return, we offer a competitive salary package of up to 45,000 CTC (Inclusive of PF) or 30,000 CTC (Inclusive of PF), along with benefits such as both-side cab facility and travel allowance if transport is not availed. This is a full-time position with additional benefits like health insurance and performance bonuses. The work schedule may involve night shifts or rotational shifts, and the ability to commute or relocate to Gurugram, Haryana is required. A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred, and proficiency in English is mandatory while knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
