Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who can efficiently manage client interactions, process work orders, and provide excellent support to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of Excel, and the ability to handle client requirements with professionalism and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in administration or customer service).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, client servicing, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel ,Data Handling).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communication via phone, email, and in person with a professional approach.
• Process work orders and ensure timely execution and follow-up.
• Maintain and update records accurately in Excel and other internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
• Assist in resolving client queries and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all client-related documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,600.00 - ₹25,300.00 per month
