Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Associate at Keva Kaipo Industries Pvt. Ltd., your role involves contacting potential or existing customers to provide information about products or services using prescribed scripts. Your responsibilities include answering customer queries, understanding their requirements, and closing sales effectively. You will also be required to direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary, update customer information in the database, process orders accurately, and handle customer grievances to uphold the company's reputation. Keeping records of calls, sales, and other relevant information will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential or existing customers using provided scripts - Answer customer inquiries about products or the company - Understand customer requirements and facilitate sales closure - Refer prospects to the field sales team as needed - Maintain and update customer information in the database - Process orders with precision - Manage customer complaints to uphold company reputation - Record details of calls, sales, and other pertinent information Qualifications Required: - Good communication and convincing skills in English - Basic knowledge of E-mail and MS-Excel Please note that this position is open to male candidates only. This is a full-time permanent role with a day shift schedule, and proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
