About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Ensure the accurate processing and reconciliation of financial transactions, including loans, premiums, investments, and claims, while adhering to internal controls and regulatory standards 2. Adhere to regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), and other relevant bodies, ensuring operations meet legal and compliance requirements 3. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics or CFP, QPFP certifications 2. Possess up to 2 years of experience in back office operations within the banking, insurance, mutual funds, loans, or financial services sector in India 3. Demonstrate strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with software of the industry and transaction processing systems 4. Understand Indian banking regulations, mutual funds, insurance, and financial laws 5. Apply strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and resolve complex operational issues 6. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus 7. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day operations for mutual funds, insurance, and investment portfolios . Assist in new policy issuance , renewals , and claims coordination for life, health, and general insurance. Manage client documentation , data entry, and record maintenance with accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams and AMCs/insurance companies for policy and investment updates. Track investments, generate portfolio reports, and assist in investor servicing. Respond to client operational queries via phone, email, and CRM system. Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI guidelines in all processes. Support Relationship Managers and Advisors with timely execution and back-office tasks.
