Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a clear, professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to service providers.
  • Actively engage in conversation, build rapport, and ensure positive interactions.
  • Research, identify, and sleuth online for relevant information to meet required call volume and other call metrics.
  • Follow processes while maintaining a natural conversational style.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and details using software.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve issues and share best practices.
  • Work under pressure to meet performance metrics, such as call handling time and call quality.
  • Multitask effectively by navigating systems and adjusting to project needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English

    : Ability to communicate clearly and in an engaging manner with a variety of people.
  • Strong typing skills

    : Ability to listen to audio recordings of calls and update transcripts when there are accuracy issues.
  • Research and problem-solving skills

    : Proficiency in using online resources to locate information and help the team meet its call volume requirements.
  • Process-oriented

    : Capable of following standardized procedures with attention to detail.
  • Team player

    : Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
  • Deadline-driven & motivated

    : Thrives under pressure, meeting or exceeding targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Listening skills

    : Understands and interprets project and caller needs.
  • Adaptability

    : Able to adjust to different types of personalities and needs quickly.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with VOIP tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.

 

More Clarity:

  • The languages will be Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi & Gujarati. The team members should be fluent in these Indian languages plus English as well.
  • Agent should complete a minimum of 200 quality calls per month. 
  • Pretty much we just need to make sure they are fluent in those languages and have prior experience in Customer service cold calling, Call center set up. They will be remote
  • They will call a business and keep the conversation going for a minimum of 2 minutes just Outbound calls and record those calls with our software

They must be strong in English speaking skills + any two languages which is mentioned in the language bar.

Please have them take versant assessments on this role - and score at B2 or above

 

Salary 5.5 Lakh max

3-5 years of exp.
