Customer Service Advisor

Job Description:
We are hiring young skilled customer service advisor with fluency in spoken English and experience of working with UK or international clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle Inbound customer Interactions
• Handle tickets, raising and updating tickets
• Calling out to the right on-call engineering team
• Email Communication
• Should be comfortable in flexible shifts
• Good hands-on experience in MS Office products and good email handling etiquette
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Spoken and written English language is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
