Customer Sales Representative

PROFILE - SALES LOCATION - KASNA VILLAGE (GREATER NOIDA) SALARY - 15K TO 25K KEY RESPONISIBILTIES Electric scooter sales role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing detailed product information and demonstrations, achieving sales targets, processing transactions, and following up to build customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Key responsibilities also include maintaining a clean showroom, managing inventory, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals.  Customer Interaction & Sales Greet & Assist: Welcome walk-in customers, assist them in finding suitable scooters, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.  Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Develop in-depth knowledge of electric scooter models, features, pricing, and benefits to effectively answer customer questions and provide product demonstrations.  Sales & Negotiation: Explain product features to highlight how they solve customer problems, negotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements.  Achieve Sales Targets: Work to meet or exceed individual and store-wide sales targets and quotas.  Customer Relationship & Collaboration Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  Follow-up: Maintain contact with customers after the sale to foster loyalty and ensure a smooth experience, especially regarding delivery.  Teamwork: Collaborate with marketing, service, and other sales team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve overall store goals.  Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the store manager to help improve product offerings and the shopping experience.
