About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team at ATS. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers over the phone.

Note: This is a no-target role. Your main focus will be to interact with customers, share product details, and assist them in the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers.
• Explain products and services clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow up with potential leads when required.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary Package:

₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month

(Based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance)
