This role involves direct customer interaction for promoting and selling SIM cards, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and building long-term relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with walk-in or assigned customers to promote and sell SIM cards • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate telecom products • Manage follow-ups, inquiries, and documentation processes • Provide excellent post-sale customer support • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions • Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude Eligibility Criteria: • Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any stream) • Age Limit: 21 – 28 years • Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply • Language Skills: Fluency in local language and basic English preferred • Other Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month • Performance Incentives: Based on monthly targets • Training Provided • Opportunities for Career Growth
